Check your student's grades regularly and follow up with the teacher if there are any concerns. Find out the teachers tutoring schedule. You can always log on to txCONNECT to keep up w/ student's grades.

Remember VIP training MUST be completed by everyone who plans on helping chaperone and/or volunteer with the band at anytime throughout the year. This is an annual training at the High School level so even if you took it last year, you MUST take it again. Please be sure to make one of these scheduled sessions as soon as possible- see district website for calendar (ecisd.net).
Do you have great, innovative and unique ideas in the way of raising money for the band? We would love to hear your ideas- the bigger the better. So send us your ideas.
