PERCUSSION SUPPLY LIST
The ECHS Band provides most of the percussion instruments for student performance and practice such as drums, cymbals, keyboard percussion instruments, timpani, and other auxiliary percussion instruments. Students participating the ECHS Band program as percussion players are asked to individually purchase their own sticks and mallets for use on the school’s percussion instruments during rehearsal and performance, and are asked to label them with their full name.
The following is a list of items and recommended brands
for percussion players in the ECHS Band:
- 2 pairs of Concert Snare Drum Sticks [Innovative Percussion IP-1 / IP-LD]
- 2 pairs of Yarn Marimba Mallets [Innovative Percussion IP-240]
- 1 Practice Pad [12” HQ Real Feel]
- 1 medium-sized Stick/Mallet Bag
- 1 pair of Marching Snare Drum Sticks [Innovative Percussion FS-MM]
(optional but good for practicing marching snare rudimental music)

It is imperative that the percussion students have these items in order to function properly in their band class, and a check-off of these items will be done during the first week of the fall semester.
